Life constantly surprises us with unexpected moments and unwanted curve balls.  We call these moments “lifeshocks”. These lifeshocks require us to respond in new ways every day, but our ‘natural’ response is limited by habitual patterns of behaviour developed over time.

The More To Life Weekend is an immersive, entry-level course within a curriculum of courses that provide a series of reality-based, pragmatic tools that can be put into practice immediately. The Weekend is designed to help you become aware of your unconscious inner dialogue, which offers non-stop commentary on everything that happens and everything you do.  During the course, we bring our attention to previously unnoticed accusations and demands about how everything 'should be’ or ‘shouldn’t be’, while working to understand how little control we have over life itself. We evaluate how our own behaviours limit our happiness and how we each choose to respond to our lifeshocks, insecurities, and fears in very different ways. Some choose to live their lives by winning at all costs, having to be in control, to always be right, or pretend to have it all together. Others choose to give up, play small, and not take risks. Fortunately, there is a way out of our own entanglement, a way to create our life as we really want it to be and be More of the person we really are.

Additional Information:
Days Taught:  This course is usually held on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, followed by a Tuesday or Wednesday Complimentary Completion evening where you will work to develop your personal strategic plan.  Guests are welcome to join.

Start/End Times: Evening session 7 pm to 10pm (approximate end times).  Day sessions 9am to 10pm (approximate end times).

Breaks:  Short breaks are provided for movement and exercise throughout the day. There is a 75-minute break for lunch, and a 90-minute break for dinner.

Useful Information:  Please bring comfortable clothes and food for meal breaks if you like to eat your own food. A guide to local cafés and restaurants will also be provided. Note that all digital devices must be switched off during sessions. Should someone need to reach you, they may contact a member of our Support Team. Materials Provided:  Included in your tuition are notebooks, pens, handouts, and access MyMTL online student portal where you may choose to receive on-going support from fellow team members and students, have access to exclusive MTL worksheets, as well as audio files, and other additional information to help you continue your growth and development.

Tues 6 November: 19h00-22h00. Graduates meet socially and are encouraged to bring their friends.

Mastery Series
Often, after the More To Life Weekend, we offer six evening sessions of three hours each to review all the processes that you learnt during the Course. These sessions usually take place soon after the actual weekend. Exact dates, venue, and nominal cost will be communicated closer to the time.

Pay a deposit of R500 by 22 October and receive a 10% discount:
Single Person - R3960 | Couples - R7524 | Student - no early registration discount is offered as one is already provided off the full tuition cost.

Non-Refundable Deposit (returned if you cancel your booking within 7 days of registering)

You may request a full refund (including the deposit), if you cancel your booking within seven days of registering, with the exception of the week of the course itself. After this time we will retain the deposit of R500 and transfer your registration to the next available course.
